I am Aunnalise Pheleon, founder and CEO of Unfltrd Skn, a brand born from an idea in my college apartment back in 2011. Stress, stubborn acne, bad air quality (in Fresno, CA) and failed solutions pushed me to start mixing up my own skincare (for me and my friends, of course). I had dreams of becoming a Dermatology Physician Assistant and engineering my own skincare brand. 

 

Mid 2020 during the pandemic chaos, with some time to reflect and a little extra inspiration, Unfltrd Skn officially became a registered business in the state of California. We are proud to say we've been transforming skin and confidence in different area codes ever since. What started as a survival tactic and hobby evolved into a movement with purpose.

 

As a fellow skincare junkie, I am obsessed with quality and results. With a decade of experience in clinical research and compliance, I bring both science and skin to the table. Around here, skincare isn’t just about products, it’s about lifestyle, confidence, and loving your skin, in every phase.

We stand for less filter and more skin—meaning no filter, all skin—celebrating real texture, real progress, and real people.

We’re not just improving skin; we’re improving how people see themselves. Beyond products, we’re committed to education, transparency, and community, using our platform to help redefine beauty norms and be part of the reason more people feel comfortable in their own skin.

Our goal? To impact as many people possible—no matter their age, tone, or texture—see that real skin is always in, and confidence never needs a filter.
